“I have visited other CJ's but this was the first time I was at Willow Grove. Showed up when they opened and asked if the had time at one point today for an inspection and oil change. Expecting to be told to come back later in the day. He said we are working on a car right now but we can get you in next. He was so nice and patient. Very even tempered even when there was a lot of customer foot traffic. He focused on the needs and conversation of the customer in front of him and I think that is why the line was calm, they wanted the same attention.
The mechanics working the vehicles...bringing paperwork in, moving the vehicles around that I crossed paths with all said good morning, hello with a smile.
I will be honest, I have never had a bad experience at any CJ Tires and I have been to many.”

I found them several years ago
We were going somewhere that couldn't diagnose an issue with a shaking steering wheel... the axle was suggested so we fixed that and the wheel still shook. Took it here and they found the problem ( unmatched tires). That was a few years ago. Since then the service has stayed the same, efficient and to the point. Auto work isn't cheap, but its more costly when your mechanic can't diagnose correctly. These guys can. Also, generally they over quote so the bill comes in right at or just under the quote so there are no surprises when you go to pay (which is the worst).

They usually get booked out week or two in advance, so they can't get you in last minute. However, they did help me in a pinch once which I appreciate.”
