I called Dale on a Monday morning and went right in for an estimate, after receiving several high estimates from others. The car was dropped off on that Wednesday morning and ready for pick up that afternoon. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage done! I highly recommend the PDR repair. It was very reasonably priced, an exceptional repair, and was quick. We are very pleased with the whole process and will return for any future body work needs.”

“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “I had a problem with my car/key fob in the middle of the day while running errands to get ready to leave for a flight that night. I called, someone came to the shopping center I was in, and got the car started for me. I followed them back to the shop to make sure the problem was fixed for good. The same nice gentleman drove me home while they worked on my car. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call it was ready to pick up. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and I was so pleasantly suprised with the cost. As a young women, I’ve had a lot of car places try and rip me off because they think I don’t know what I’m talking about. But they explained the cost plainly and it was so much less than I expected for such good, timely service. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for helping me out so I can go on my trip without anxiety about my car!”
“I could complain about that it took three weeks to repair my car, for basic repairs after hitting a deer, and some lack of communication early in the process. But I’ll just take it that good bodyshops are just relatively busy.
But I’m very satisfied with the work, and they basically did a full detailing after the repair, which at least offset the pain of my deductible. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating, and I’ll def use this team again the next time I run into deer.”

As I was doing a weekly drive by to make sure my car wasnt towed by the City or anything, I seen Chris from All-Tow picking up a car not far from my car. I pulled over, had a Brief chat, met him back at my car 30 minutes later and he followed me 2 miles home with my lifeless Impala in Tow.. My car was FINALLY home within an hour or meeting Chris. “After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”

Don and his team are absolutely amazing to deal with whichever way you slice it: fair and clear pricing, awesome quality of work, professional, but just as importantly Don seems to be genuinely excited about the work they do and for that reason they go an extra mile! I will probably be one of the more annoying customers who just doesn't know how things work, so I have 101 questions about everything, but every step of the way everything was clarified, explained, and I was treated with utmost respect. “as a professional auto repair establishment we've dealt with everyone at wrightstown used auto parts store for many years and have always had the best service that anyone could ask for. they have gone way beyond what i expect to help us out. this family run business deserves 10 plus stars. please if you read these reviews and make a decision based on what you read disregard the unfavorable review left by hummingbird007. obviously he has not dealt with these folks before. to expect the only person there to leave the business counter and phones unattended to walk out in a field to pick interior trim pieces off a vehicle in the rain is way beyond any normal persons reasonable expectation. for him there are plenty of u-pull-it part yards. joe derkits”
