“My tires had lost lots of air. My son said something is wrong because the tires should not lose that much air. Before that on or about 8/17/2026 I went to WAWA to check my air in the tires because the indicator light went on. I put air in the tires; or so I thought. I think something is very wrong with WAWA's free air because it never filled the tires to its amount of air requested. The tires kept losing air. I took it to Frank's on Sycamore St. on 8/20/2026. Frank told me to bring the car back in about an hour. I did that and prviously explained to him the issue with the tires. I went back and he said he was not able to check the tires due to his heavy work load. I went a little further down Sycamore St. and across the street from Fred Beans was Burns. He was so nice and he checked the main tire I was having issues with and he did not see any nails in that particular tire. I will take my car there for my state inspection in October. People can take their cars in for insp. 3 months prior to the month posted on their stickers. .”

As a woman, it’s hard not to get ripped off when looking for car services. I’ve had several TERRIBLE Towing experiences this year, I just used Vantage Towing this morning and I am SO HAPPY with the service! The Operators were courteous on the phone AND in Person. I had a complicated tow due to suspension damage but Brett (the truck operator) took extra time and care to make sure my car was secured properly and in a way that would prevent any damage! “Ashley was great to work with and kept me updated the whole time. I dropped my lifted Tacoma off after hours for an alignment and valve stem repair, and they made sure it was taken care of. I needed it back the same day, and even though they weren’t sure at first, they made it happen. Wlad did a phenomenal job fixing both issues, especially after another shop had badly messed up the alignment. Highly recommend!”

“My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”
