“I've been bringing cars to Chuck's since I started driving. I moved a bit further away a few years ago and started taking my car to a closer shop. I noticed a dramatically lower quality of service to the point where I'd need to return my car multiple times for the same issues.Pretty quickly, I decided to drive the extra distance (past 3 or 4 other auto-shops) to bring my car to Chuck's again, and I haven't been disappointed.”

“Recent inspection, oil change. Courteous, exceptional, professional, on time, experienced. Take all my family’s cars to Pioneer (body work, brakes, tires, tune up, maintenance, etc). Always up front, never push unnecessary services and Never had to return for a problem. Rare indeed.”
“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”
