He has made a crappy situation much much better with his diligence, communication, explanations, and patience.
He is fixing our X7 that we recently bought, which came with quite a few issues.
Kevin has taken the time to text me pictures of the damage that he is repairing, and included text on the pictures to show the damage. I've had MANY cars the past 34 years, and I can say that I've never had an auto shop be so thorough with me.
The only bad thing is that he is a little far for me, but I'll make the distance work and will continue to use him with our vehicles.

“I'd just like to say if there is anyone looking to upgrade their radiator i highly recommend cold case. They use dual 1in or 1.25in tubes depending on application. (S197 uses 1in) This is the second vehicle I've installed one in. First being a 6.2 yukon that I use to tow a camper. With that being said their customer service is even better. The radiator i recieved for my mustang was missing a mounting tab for the fan shroud. It took 4 days from the time I emailed about the problem to a new one being on my front porch. Probably would have been 3 if I had been home to provide the serial number off the first radiator. I understand that its damn near impossible to have 100% quality on everything thats sent out. So it's how do you take care of your customers afterwards.”
