“These past reviews seem to just be a case of sour people going after one bank. Customer service is never the easiest but I’ve used this bank for the past year and found nothing but great costumer service, I took a visit a couple weeks ago to change a card and while waiting was greeted by a manager and had a nice conversation, and was quickly assisted by another manager. Great costumer service with low staff”

“We’ve been members at Santander for a few years now and have very little to complain about. Everyone is always professional and helpful when you go into the branch or call for assistance! My only complaint is that they switch bank managers often and spend a good amount of time cold calling their customers to see how things are and if they have questions. Which is great, once. But they’ve called my husband and I several times in the last week or so for this function. Thanks for being thorough, but I assure you if something was wrong or we had questions we’d call.”
