Gail cleared up our confusion of the complicated transaction, and gave us two options to resolve the problem. Then Gail made the correction changes and all is correct now 100%. In only a matter of minutes she was able to fix this complex problem. And she assured us no penalty fees would be charged. Most of all, Gail is professional and personable. “I just took off one star because of a recent visit where I had an appointment for the free notary services. As members, my daughter and I have always used this service with no problems; however, when we arrived for the appointment to simply have my daughter's signature witnessed and notarized to get a copy of her father's death certificate, we were told that they no longer notarize anything other than bank-related/financial items. The person was kind enough to direct us to the nearest auto tag place to find a notary; but nonetheless, I was extremely disappointed.”
