“Even on a cloudy gray day, this was a very lovely drive to Factory Antiques. It is a beautiful area with wonderful views. The store is a big, old factory, with three floors of amazingness. Most important was the friendly welcome we received from the gentleman upon entry. You can feel the history within the building ~ it truly seemed as if every piece for sale had a fascinating story behind it. Be sure to read the price tags ~ the descriptions alone of these vintage items are so worth the trip ~ even if you do not make a purchase. Every corner, from floor to ceiling, is filled with intriguing offerings ~ many remembered, many unimaginable. Gorgeous furniture, home decor, jewelry, albums, toys, kitchenware...more simply put ~ e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Plenty of parking, clean store with brilliant presentation and a super kind greeting the moment you enter...we look forward to many awesome returns.”

“I like this Big Lots .Reminds me a little of 'Kings' that used to be in this building, years back.I usually always find good prices for what I need.Bought 3 Door draft protectors for $3.89 each and they do work well.My Sister in law also bought a nice grey chair for my Mother and she really likes it and says it's very comfortable.The Employees are helpful here too.”

“They have the best assistant manager in the world at this store! Her name is Heather and she makes people smile and enjoy shopping there. Even when she's very busy she will always take her time to help and remains polite, even under stress. I hope they give her a raise and treat her right because without people like her. They would be a mess. Honestly would give 1 star for Blackrock. I mean dollar tree if it wasn't for her 100%”

The associate was pleasant, I asked her for some items and a customer helped me find tissues for the nose. It is a nice sized dollar store, I just hate paying $1.25, it should be $1.00, like the store name says, Dollar Tree. Good night, Google Family.”

“Cashier Amy was so helpful I walked in searching for items for my teachers, I asked for one thing if had and she walked me to isle, showed me and helped me find a few other items literally and then asked if I needed anything else. Very helpful, professional and just all around nice I love me some Dollar General, so she just put more good into it. “I like the store for the variety of items. Generally a good shopping experience, unfortunately its usually rushed. It's a shame that you aren't open later. I am someone that works 9-5 and weekends. My off days you are closed. The days I attempt to come I can't get here until you're nearing closing so only have about 20 minutes to shop which is not ideal when you have so much stuff to look at. (Obviously I realize this isn't the same for everyone, but it's my personal experience and may be someone elses too).”
“The cashier was so nice and pleasant. More registers really should be open. Her line was all the way to the end of the store. People shouldn't have to wait in long lines like this. She shouldn't be the only one working while others are just having in the office or interrupting her work.”

I also liked the Puerto Rican lady before them. Dollar general uses people up and disposes them. I'm a white lady and what I witnessed last week was disgusting. They hired two nasty women who were augmentative when I wanted a small refund for being overcharged. They also have low IQS, but I guess Ashley will be fired based on fact she deserves better benefits. Enjoy your bs, God freed the Israelites. No American nor Spanish should be treated so badly.”
