“Existing phone was damaged badly Thursday 7/3/25. Went to T-Mobile Saturday 7/5/25. Was helped by Ethan (a supervisor from Princeton, NJ). I have to say that Ethan was one of the most helpful, understandable, and pleasant associates I've ever dealt with!! He handled my upgrade from start to finish with such knowledge and finesse. They are the nicest, friendliest and most helpful group of staff members I've ever witnessed in any 7-eleven... And I've been to a lot! They always have conversations with you even if it's just short and sweet, but they never fail to make you feel valued as a customer. And the manager (I believe he is the manager) is such a sweet man who knows how to run a successful business with outstanding employees including himself. Couldn't ask for better customer service. “Plenty of options and shelves are usually full so no problems there. Staff friendly and greets you when come in. Plenty of parking and lot fully cleared after a snow storm so that is helpful. Also good place to get rock salt for any upcoming storms as other places quickly sell out. Recommended for a quick shopping list stop for supplies”
“Idk about the buyers, but the warehouse is pretty chill. People are nice (for the most part). The only downside is no earbuds, and you can’t operate the forklift if you have a medical card. Other than that, I think the pay you get for the work you’re doing is not bad at all.”

“I have been using this 7-11 for the past 18 yrs. The current owner (since 2010) made a bunch of improvements in the store. Everyone is very friendly to me. The coffee is always fresh. I appreciate them so much that I will make a stop there for other items instead of going to the supermarket. Plus there is a gas station. I have been to other 7-11s in the area and usually walk out. I recently ordered from ActiveMenus and picked up the pizza. It was fresh and hot.”

“I like 7-11 because it's close to home and their opened 24 hours, and I know the cashiers and they carry everything I need. Like bottled water and certain brands of Ice tea that I like. Their coffee is fresh and they have different flavors. You can also buy pizza by the slice or the whole pizza. They have hot dogs in regular size of larger ones if your hungry,plus hamburgers and at time small taco's. You can buy bread and milk ,lottery tickets and personal items like shampoo and deodorant plus aspirin and stuff for a cold. They have a large variety of candy and ice cream plus microwaveable items. You must wear a mask upon entering the store. It's convenient and close enough to walk to. Prices are decent compared to CVS which everything in that drug store are high and over priced.”
