“We want to give a HUGE shoutout to Shane at Cardinal Camera! We showed up this morning with lots of anxiety about getting high quality photos with our new camera on an upcoming vacation. Shane spent an hour showing us options and consulting us about effective use of the camera. His expert advice was invaluable in giving us comfort and confidence using this camera, even though he could have sold us on more expensive options. “EDS TV offers great technical assistance for your video/audio needs. Cannot say enough great things about Tim who walked us through all we needed for our new home installations. He explained what would be needed and our options. TV installation was white glove service including one needing installation into quartz above a fireplace. Precision alignment for all tv's. They even took the time to help purchase our streaming product (s) and get them installed on each TV. All TV's, brackets and accessories were provided by EDS, this is a true one stop shop! Not to mention the education you are getting. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you EDS!”
“5 stars for this location! My screen to my phone went black and stopped working suddenly, and it made me sooo anxious. But the staff here especially Mu, I believe his name was, eased all of my worries and hooked me up with a brand new phone! He was super patient, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did he assist me with setting up my new phone, he looked into all deals and promotions available at the time for me. It was wonderful and seamless experience!”

“Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store. And a wide variety of Integrateds for demo. Yamaha, MCIntosh, Nad, Cambridge, Marantz when I visited. Decided to get a B&W after auditioning for 30 mins. Pretty impressed. Thanks Ryan and Tommy.”

I don't normally write reviews but the worker who helped me, Leila, was beyond excellent. It is rare that you see someone working that is pleasant and you can tell by her attitude and the respect she gives you that she truly is a worker that must be acknowledged. The managers at the store were also wonderful. Can't say enough about the great experience. “I have not visited Best Buy too often but have had good experiences. Recently my HP laptop top died after four years. My operating system was corrupted and I could not boot it. I actually purchased a replacement from Best Buy figuring it might be at end of life. The Geek squad worked on my old Computer and got it running again with some tweaks to have it more stable and protected. In the meantime I still had the new one which I opened and set up. The old was working well so I returned the new one no questions asked full refund. I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would recommend them for trouble shooting and getting help and purchasing new when needed.”
“I was in the willow grove store on 8 -16-26 looking for laptops with my friend. Kenzy was our sales associate and was extremely helpful and welcoming from the start. She spent the better part of an hour with us if not more. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions we had, and we had alot of questions. She took her time, was very detailed and did everything to see us happy. When it came time for payment she offered different options that we were able to take advantage of and get financing. I highly recommend her to all customers, and thank you so so much for making our day with your positivity.”

“We just had our home Wi-Fi mesh system installed by World Wide Stereo, and we could not be more pleased. From start to finish, the experience was professional, comprehensive, and friendly.
Our initial contact, Pat O’Brien, came out personally to oversee the project, which we really appreciated. Our technician, Dominic Pacitti, was extremely capable and thorough. Every wire and booster was carefully labeled and neatly arranged, and all of the connected devices throughout our house were checked to make sure everything was working properly.
They also took the time to walk us through detailed instructions in case we ever need to follow up or troubleshoot down the road. The distribution of our Wi-Fi signal and its speed are vastly improved over what we had before.
We would strongly recommend World Wide Stereo, and we would gladly work with Pat and Dominic again in the future. Five stars all the way!”
