“We ordered a mobility scooter for my mom thru Medicare. She lives in an assisted living facility. When it became available for delivery my mom was in the hospital and then in a rehab. Since Medicare paid the bill she had to be there to receive the scooter. Michael was incredibly flexible with scheduling delivery. I probably called him and rescheduled delivery at least 6 times due to my mom’s changing discharge dates/times. I felt horrible and apologized many times. He continued to reassure me that this happens a lot and it was fine. He brought the scooter to her apartment and gave us (mom, me, and the PT) a quick tutorial.
