“Existing phone was damaged badly Thursday 7/3/25. Went to T-Mobile Saturday 7/5/25. Was helped by Ethan (a supervisor from Princeton, NJ). I have to say that Ethan was one of the most helpful, understandable, and pleasant associates I've ever dealt with!! He handled my upgrade from start to finish with such knowledge and finesse.
