“I had an emergency, and these folks went above and beyond to help. A belt and pully broke in my truck, leaving me unable to steer the truck. I received instant service, which is unheard of these days. I would recommend them to everyone! Excellent professional service. They had me back on the road within the hour. I can't thank them enough for helping us!”

“Brought my wife's Nissan in thinking it was cvt transmission problems...they plugged in the scanner turned out to be a bad coil...long story short they could have easily made out in their favor but Steve and his crew run an honest and knowledgeable shop. Many many Thanks!!! A+”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to for Silverdale Automotive. I’ve been going to them for years. Both Corey and Mitch are good guys. Finding an honest mechanic is tough, but these guys really earned my trust. They have always been upfront about everything, explained what actually needed fixing, and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. They won’t just throw parts in your car if it’s something that can’t be diagnosed. If the vehicle needs something they are very detailed and provide pics of what needs replacing. Highly recommend. Thanks for all your hard work guys!”

“I had an emergency situation with my 6.7 and I was around the corner from them. I had never been there before but they were awesome. Got me in, fixed up, and even put my cold groceries in their fridge until the repair was done. I will definitely go back here in the future.”

“These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. These are one of the best guys here and don’t want ANYONE leaving unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”

“This shop does great work. I have a 2008 Dodge Durango that has seen better days but they keep it running. Unlike some auto repair shops; they have convenient hours which makes it easy to pick up your vehicle when life throws you a curveball.”

“Bought a car here and from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle George and Melanie were so nice and helped make the process very smooth. I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. I am very happy with the whole experience and I got lots of love from their two adorable dogs while waiting for all the paperwork. It was very fast as everything was already signed and completed before I even got there. Definitely a great place and I will recommend this place to family and friends I have in the area.”
