“There are not enough words to describe how amazing Maria and her staff are. I distinctly remember when Maria came to my home that we were listing for sale, one of the questions she asked was “what would make you happy?” Of course, selling my house quickly and with a good return was the obvious answer, but she really strived to understand my goals past the sale and wanted to help line up the course to ensure the best possible outcome. This helped speed up the sale and gave me the knowledge so I wasn’t wondering if I was doing the right thing. Dara, her lead negotiator, is amazing. She has proudly been in the business for over 40 years and can adapt to any situation to ensure great client outcomes. In my particular case, we were waiting for the buyers grants to clear before we could close. Everything else was ready to go. At 1pm on a Friday I received a call from Eliza stating that the grants cleared and we were closing at 3pm. As soon as they got the green light to close, they wasted no time. There were several hurdles that they had to overcome to close on such short notice but they worked as a team and got it done. I am forever grateful for their hard work! Throughout the process of selling my home, there were specific documents or tasks that I needed to complete as the buyer and Maria’s office always clearly communicated what specifically was needed and where to find it. I am not in the real estate business so I don’t know all of the terminology but they made it easy to understand and they helped me whenever it was needed.
