“A few weeks ago, my wife’s car was sprayed with a massive amount of driveway resurfacer. It was nearly impossible to remove and took me several days to get the majority of it off, but it left stains in the paint and on the glass EVERYWHERE. Local body shop recommended Auto Appearance and they did an incredible job. Frankly, having spent 3 days working to get it out on my own, my hopes were very low, but the guys got everything out. The owner took prob 30min with me trying out different solvents so that he could get an accurate estimate and set accurate expectations. When I went to pick it up, the guys that worked on it were definitely proud of the results and all the hard work they put to get the car looking like new. They walked me around the car and told me what they did and what worked how much care they took with the car.This place is great and I’m taking my other cars back after summer. “I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”

“Great experience and amazing customer service. I have a tree in my driveway that drips sticky sap all over my car and this wash got it all off. When I pulled in one of the card readers/screens was a little finicky due to the heat and the attendant came over right away and was so nice, fixing the problem right away and giving me extra vacuum tokens for the inconvenience. The attendant inside the car wash was also super nice. Overall the experience was great, would recommend!”
