They also went above and beyond for me, not only accepting my particular requests for what I needed shipped, but then waiving some of the additional fees without even telling me. “I work at a business a few doors down from the Bryn Mawr UPS store and live right around the corner. For security sake, I have all my packages delivered to this store rather than have packages sitting outside my apartment door. Just about every time I go in, they know who I am and have the package ready before I get to the counter. They have also occasionally walked the package over to my workplace unprompted. Every time I go in, the staff is so friendly. I pass the store on my walk back and forth to work and they very often give me a wave hello. Just a nice place all around.”

Everyone working here has been super nice; for example, I forgot to turn off auto-pay at the very end of the lease and they saved the check for me, called me about it, and allowed me to pick up the non-cashed check at my convenience. The loading bay and parking spots were super convenient for the moves, too.”

“Something I want to share because we always complain about problems but seldom give kudos to those who deserve it. This happened the other day on my return to LA from Philly at the end of a holiday visit to family. It was this UPS Store (store 4038) to the rescue. In the mayhem of bringing a dog, too much baggage, coats, shoes, etc through the TSA checkpoint at PHL on Wednesday, I left my MacBook Pro behind. Let me cut to the chase. Not only did TSA collect it and keep it safe in their lost and found, the next morning I got a lovely email response from them giving me 4 options for claiming it. I chose option #4: the UPS Store at the airport which works closely with TSA there to help passengers in these matters. Kudos to the TSA for being human, responsible and responsive. BIG Kudos to the UPS Store for not only picking up my laptop, but packing it safely and shipping it overnight. I got it 10am the next day, safe and sound. The people I spoke with at the UPS Store gave me clear and concise instructions and were very helpful. A private-public partnership that works. That's a good thing (tm Martha Stewart).”

“Today with a 7 months baby and my wife needing to get their passports done we were very happy with the wonderful service at this USPS location as walk-ins. We were rejected by Ardmore staff even though we showed up within the walk-in period. At Ardmore USPS there was two staff at the counter taking applications, I was told that because only one staff was available so no walk-in will be served. At Narbeth USPS we were late for our appointment and turned away. USPS is not interested in taking care of customers. At Drexel Hill USPS it was totally a welcoming place to their customers. We were treated with respect and courtesy by both staff on duty. This is sorely missing at other USPS locations. Sad to say I try to limit my exposure.”
