If there's a line, the wait will be forever. Seems like every customer is at the window for 10-15 minutes, and they rarely have more than 1 cashier working. If youre on a tight schedule, plan on being here 30+ minutes.

George was most helpful and courteous today when I came with my wife and daughter to renew my daughter's passport.
