“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something.
