“I scheduled a repair on my iPhone in the Moorestown, NJ location. I spoke with Monica and husband David. Both were highly educated with respect to my phone. I gave them 5 stars due to their knowledge, respect and treated me like they knew me for years, yet I just met them. They expedited the repair, evaluated and troubleshooted my phone for any other damage. Within an hour it was complete and working perfectly. “Fantastic customer service and friendly atmosphere. Avion was so so so incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. Highly recommend! He helped us order our new phones but the phones gave us trouble when activating. Avion spent nearly FIVE hours with us while we troubleshooted over the phone with Verizon technical support and didn't give up until we resolved the issue and left with new working phones. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a Verizon for the better part of your afternoon, but if you have to, go to this location and ask for Avion.”

I believe it was Jackson who helped me, I mean my phone was crushed, but he fixed everything on it to the front screen, back glass, charging port and made it look Brand New… all in an hour or so at an Amazing price!!! The 14th Valentine's Day I was met by an associate by the name of Perla who was insisted me in a most fashion way possible for customer service was very convenient. It was very knowledgeable very understanding and when I left. I felt like I received what I needed. We need to have more people and customer service. I explained my situation to the guy and he was kind enough to even give me a discount on my phone and a brand new phone case! I wasn’t expecting that at all. So i told the guy again i’ll be coming back to that location and i will. 10/10”
