“We bought a car for our 2 teenage boys. It's a 2013 ford escape, elderly owner so extremely low miles for a 10 year old car (35K). We had it for a couple weeks and the engine light came on. My husband took it to Auto Zone on Sunday just for diagnostics. They said it was the thermostat. It still needed Pa inspection done as it was registered in Jersey so my husband called Brad Smith on Monday am to see if/when he could take it. We dropped it off Tuesday evening for Wednesday service. It ended up being just the sensor and being a much cheaper repair than we thought plus inspection. We just picked it up and it's running perfect, and Brad was super nice! He got us in and done fast, was a pleasure to do business with, and didn't rip us off! We haven't used a private mechanic in a long time, just been using the dealers, but we now have a reliable mechanic will definitely be using and recommending him to everyone!!”

“Me and my husband we're getting an oil change today and while we were there we witness them being honest and forthcoming to a client that thought that he needed a certain work done on their car. It turns out they do not need that work and instead they advised him to get new tires prior to getting an alignment. They could have just given them an alignment and not cared about his tires. I think every other car place would do in a second and just take advantage of that guy they did not. These guys are honest and thorough. Check out our local auto mechanic Roy and Son here in Morton on Yale Ave. They are honest and reasonable, the jeep needs a repair and they were totally honest about how long I can go without the repair and what it would cost. “My family has been using Greg for 20 years. I have always been happy with his service from both sides of the shop. His customer service as well as his mechanic abilities are impeccable. This last service was exemplary... During an inspection he found an exhaust leak in the front pipe. Instead of replacing the pipe and charging me $2,000, he did some research and found the pipe was under warranty. I had not received a letter from Subaru with this information. I then called Subaru to confirm the recall and yes it was valid. Subaru repaired the car for free. Greg is one honest guy and I would refer him to anyone and everyone.”

I had to get all 4 of my break pads & rotors replaced + the front strut assembly's, the front sway bar links and a wheel alignment, so the cost definitely wasn't cheap. However, they know what they're doing, were very professional and quick. Good customer service too. I would certainly go back there again.”

“My oil change was due 50 miles prior to me pulling in a half hour to closing before the New Year holiday. My car entered at 4:24 and I was out before I finished checking my email. The new manager Joe was very friendly and got me on my way.”
“Finding a good mechanic shop or service center that does quality work at a reasonable rate is rare, so when I found out that I needed an emergency oil change due to having too much oil put in and my “go to” shop didn’t have any immediate availability ??♂️ I wasn’t as optimistic with finding a good backup.I searched my area for close locations and landed on one that appeared to stay opened the latest at (6pm). I’ve never used a “Jiffy Lube” location before and I had to coordinate btwn my work schedule, AAA, and this “JL” on Township Line Rd.The first day didn’t work out due to AAA not being able to get my truck there before closing. After coordinating with one of the mechanics/staff for the drop off I called back and relayed this unfortunate information to the “JL” service (Tianna) who simply explained that I can re attempt tomorrow, no appointment needed.Day 2 I was off to an earlier start with coordinating with AAA so I was able to get my truck towed there a little after opening (8am). The “JL” Manager (Tianna) was prompt with the updates and provided exceptional customer service throughout. She asked would I rate the service 5 stars and I explained the customer service was a 10 out 10 so I’ll provide more thoughts on service once I drive some.So as promised. .After driving home I was able to see the little bit of thick smoke left (due to my dry valves)clear up as they said it would. My truck sounded quiet and rapidly gained its power back without all the smoke.I give the following 5 Stars & 10 out of 10:Customer ServiceMechanical serviceDetailed invoiceService done in timely mannerReasonable rateI will definitely refer this location & also use as back up for minor needs???”
