“This is a nice pharmacy. Everyone here is always pleasant and helpful despite the fact that every time I'm in there a customer is acting out their anger inappropriately. We're in the middle of a staffing shortage everywhere, and issues with medication not being available everywhere as well. That has nothing to do with any specific pharmacy. I've always had a lovely experience here, and folks need to start being nicer to pharmacists. This is an important profession and they're doing a great job.”

“We had a very pleasant visit to CVS in Hawley. For some reason, drugstores often have staff members who seem very grumpy and unhelpful, but at this location, we were asked what we were looking for and pointed to the right aisle by a male employee. My son was sidetracked by the toy aisle and an employee named Autumn was very kind to him, treating him like an adult customer and helping him find the prices on toys. He chose a toy that required batteries and she helped him find the cheapest set that would work. The woman running the check out counter was also very pleasant. The store was clean and organized. It was a very pleasant drugstore.”

“This store is awesome! Always a pleasure to be greeted and helped out by the amazing staff. They’re so happy and friendly! I almost know the whole staff by name they make me feel right at home while I shop and to pickup my meds. I always know that Nancy, Joe, Alyssa, Courtney, Heather, Lily, Kathy, Mel, Steven or Fawn will make sure I get the help I need. The two pharmacists Bob and John are fantastic as well! Outstanding service!”

“CVS in Hawley is a very busy store, so you have to expect delays in picking up your medications. They are working as fast and hard as they can. Everyone is professional and friendly. I would really like to appointment Frank Sierra, the pharmacist for employee of the year. I really hope you realize what a valuable employee you have. I am 67 years old and have never had such a helpful friendly pharmacist in all of my dealings with several CVS stores.”
