I would say if you’re rich, then come here. But if you’re not rich, it’s the last spot in town you should go… unless nobody else in town can or will attempt to fix your car’s issue. They do a good job but expect a 20-40% increase in local market rates.

Highly recommend. Their customer service is amazing and they are very friendly. I had a recall on my car and when I called they got right back to me set up my appointment and within five days had the part and fixed my car. They went above and beyond by coming to my work to pick up the car and then to bring it back to me when the car was finished. That's what I called customer care.

Staff has been extremely helpful. They’ve been letting me use cars of theirs while my car is off in Allentown trying to get a new engine in it. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly.

Went with my dad to their body shop for an estimate in early July. Not once since have they called for an update. I drive by daily and see the same 6 cars waiting for repairs for weeks! Now I find out the manager quit, so I had my dad call over. They never ordered the parts! Since July! It's November tomorrow! Now we have to start all over again somewhere else. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business!

Have been going to Barber Ford of Hazleton over 12 to 15 years. They always treat me good. Would not even consider going anywhere else. Employee's are very nice and knowledgeable. I will continue having them service my vehicle. Great place. Thank you For being there Barber Ford.

Was properly greeted and my vehicle was taken into the shop and promptly serviced very efficiently and returned to me on time. I would highly recommend them!

Not a thorough workshop. I dropped my vehicle off at their body shop and the quarter panel and door was replaced. It took about 2 and a half months for the repairs and parts ordering. During that time I had no updates on the repair process, the only time I knew what was going on is when I called, and not every time I would get an answer. When the car was finally completed, I had notice some interior pieces not put back together, and my audio system to be no longer working and some overspray on the vehicle. They were very quick to get these issues resolved and gave me a free loaner in the mean time which was nice. They had told me my amplifier went out and wanted to send it to Toyota. I decided to just take the car back and send it to my Lexus dealer because I trust them with my vehicle. When I had gotten my car back I had noticed my rear seats were still not clipped in properly, so I just decided to clip them back in myself. I had sent my car to Lexus and they noticed right away that the rear trunk and quarter panel was not seam sealed properly from the repair and my trunk was completely soaked from rain water, causing water to leak down onto my amplifier, ultimately causing the failure. That is something Barber Ford should have noticed when I sent my car back with no audio. I had called them right away and told them and the general manager sounded hesitant to believe me, but regardless I took the car there right away and they had fixed it for me.I am a vehicle technician and it sucks to see that the care and quality that I put into my customers vehicles was not also put into mine. Barber Ford really needs quality control when sending a vehicle back to the customer.

It was fine. They finished quickly and are always professional. It's a very clean dealership. The service department is spotless and they seem very attentive to the needs of their customers, especially me.

Took my truck to them last week of December fixed in a respectable time had a problem driving home took it back next day fixed the problem this past week had another problem fixed it and didnt charge me thank you very much Barber ford I will be buying and new truck soon will be going to them
