After waiting for 2 hours to be called they said to come another day to get it done.

The drive through was not working today. You would think they could have put a “Drive through closed” sign up stating such, or updated their auto attendant where it says “for branch location and hours, including drive-through hours press 1” to inform their customers. Poor communication.. where is management?
