“Hazleton is always my go to place when I need financial help. The girls at this office are exceptional. I don’t know all their names but they all should be rewarded. I recently moved to Texas and they made my transition great and answered all my questions.”

“Branch Hazleton is a convenient branch. Teller Maria V is a patient employee and really knows her stuff. Helped me and my Spanish speaking mom open accounts and is really informative. It helps that she is bilingual.”

“Finally, a bank in Hazleton that speaks more English than Spanish and they are quick, efficient and reliable. I was in and out in about 20 mins. As for when I went to PNC Bank or Community Bank, I was waiting there for about 20 mins and still never got seen. So this place seem to always be empty at times and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. So I highly recommend this Bank over any or all the other banks in Hazleton, PA.”

“Friendly service. Received a notice of possible low funds that was only a notification to ignore. Was unable to deposit funds on a weekend at either ATM on site, drive thru or, in the accessible vestibule for a second time. No explanation was given. No deposit was necessary anyway so there was no problem.”
