“Finally, a bank in Hazleton that speaks more English than Spanish and they are quick, efficient and reliable. I was in and out in about 20 mins. As for when I went to PNC Bank or Community Bank, I was waiting there for about 20 mins and still never got seen. So this place seem to always be empty at times and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. So I highly recommend this Bank over any or all the other banks in Hazleton, PA.”

“We were driving through on a road trip and decided to stop here. I ordered something that was like a turkey Reuben (forgot the name of the sandwich) and my husband ordered a big greek style salad. “It's a nice bank, I have one issue with the atm machine not depositing my money when I tried to make a deposit, but the money was deposited in my account a few days later after going into the bank and explaining the issue to one of the employees.”

“There was a long line upon arrival but I waited at least 15min but when it was my turn I was greeted and treated nicely.Rachel helped me immediately open up a checking account. I’m so glad I came to this location she has great customer service skills, works quickly and diligently. I also brought my 2 year old so she was very friendly and was patient and very helpful. When I want to do business in the branch I will be sure to return to this location to see Rachel. I needed other documents to open my new account so I was able to go to my car and come back and still have my place in line to be seen right away. All woman branch I love the energy and just the way they run the place is great. It’s a small bank but clean and enough room for everyone to be privately serviced and keep distance.”
