“Since I’ve had to do the lab for blood work every month for the past five months I only had one problem. I had the blood drawn and arm cleaned and bandaged but when I got to my car I had blood running down my arm. Went back in and they fixed me up again. Not the phlebotomist fault. I take a baby aspirin every day.”

“I was in and out quickly and had lab results later the same day. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was super. I had mentioned in passing that I’ve been told I have small veins, so she immediately got a smaller needle. The whole experience was as good as it could possibly be.”

The technician who assisted with my blood work and urine collection was exceptionally helpful. She marked the specimen cup to ensure the volume was sufficient—which has not been done for me during previous visits—and provided a convenient place to hang my purse.

“Honestly probably the cleanest place I have ever had blood drawn. Got me right in. The dr's office screwed up on my son's order but the phlebotomist was able to help. She was amazing and I wish I knew her name. She was in room 1 if that helps? Anyway, I love the check in kiosk and the fact that the office was decorated to feel a little more comfortable. I won't go anywhere else to get blood drawn now”

“The phlebotomist only had to try twice, and she was in a rush to get the sample to the courier. She was very talented at getting the samples if it only took two tries, as I have difficult veins that don’t like to cooperate with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and sometimes it requires multiple phlebotomists to get the samples needed for the labs ordered. I had to give her credit for only having to try twice. I got the feeling that she was talented with drawing blood samples and getting it done under pressure was proof that she was.”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at this Quest location on West Gate Road! I usually dread blood work due to anxiety and past judgment over my tattoos, but the phlebotomist working today was an absolute Earth angel. She was fast, completely painless, and got it on the first try; all while keeping me calm with wonderful, authentic, and humorous conversation. It was so refreshing to find common ground with someone new, so quickly and effortlessly. She was just so personable and easy to talk to. She was an African American woman with short burgundy/reddish hair, and braids. Even though the lab was busy and closing soon, she never rushed me, or made me feel like a burden, for coming in 45 minutes prior to close. Quest corporate needs to recognize her exceptional skills and top-tier patient care! I would choose her every single time I needed bloodwork, if I was able to.”

“Showed up at 6:50 Saturday morning to a line of people waiting to get in and figured I'd be in for a long wait. None of the folks in line ,including myself, had an appointment. The doors opened promptly at 7 and while everyone was checking in at the kiosk the staff was calling out names of people that had made an appointment to get the ball rolling. No one with an appointment was there so as we all checked in they got right to work and as people with appointments arrived they took them and fit the walk ins in. The staff were kind and efficient.”
