“I was in and out quickly and had lab results later the same day. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was super. I had mentioned in passing that I’ve been told I have small veins, so she immediately got a smaller needle. The whole experience was as good as it could possibly be.”
“I was very impressed with the service I received, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the staff for their professionalism and care. The technician who assisted with my blood work and urine collection was exceptionally helpful. She marked the specimen cup to ensure the volume was sufficient—which has not been done for me during previous visits—and provided a convenient place to hang my purse.
I truly appreciated her excellent care and attention to detail.”
“Honestly probably the cleanest place I have ever had blood drawn. Got me right in. The dr's office screwed up on my son's order but the phlebotomist was able to help. She was amazing and I wish I knew her name. She was in room 1 if that helps? Anyway, I love the check in kiosk and the fact that the office was decorated to feel a little more comfortable. I won't go anywhere else to get blood drawn now”

“Carla was so wonderful. I have problems with passing out and the other labcorp I went to the phlebotomist made fun of that. Carla was so nice and kind and helped alleviate some of the stress. Inwas in anf out in less than 10 minutes. I can't recommend this labcorp enough and I will continue to go there as long as Carla is there.”

“The phlebotomist only had to try twice, and she was in a rush to get the sample to the courier. She was very talented at getting the samples if it only took two tries, as I have difficult veins that don’t like to cooperate with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and sometimes it requires multiple phlebotomists to get the samples needed for the labs ordered. I had to give her credit for only having to try twice. I got the feeling that she was talented with drawing blood samples and getting it done under pressure was proof that she was.”

“The facility is nice and very clean. I appreciate that I can make an appointment online and wait in my car. The staff is very friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable.
My only complaint is how long it takes for labs to result. If I use HNL, I receive results same day. Quest takes way too long which is why I don’t recommend going to Quest. I only go when I have no other choice.”
“I made an appointment, since the last time I was there I waited 90 minutes as a walk-in before leaving, unseen! Even with an appointment this time, I waited 40 minutes. That is ridiculous. You need more staff. Once I was seen, it was very painless, quick, and well-done.”

“Showed up at 6:50 Saturday morning to a line of people waiting to get in and figured I'd be in for a long wait. None of the folks in line ,including myself, had an appointment. The doors opened promptly at 7 and while everyone was checking in at the kiosk the staff was calling out names of people that had made an appointment to get the ball rolling. No one with an appointment was there so as we all checked in they got right to work and as people with appointments arrived they took them and fit the walk ins in. The staff were kind and efficient.”
