“Went there for my senior dog license while I was there. I checked out the numerous treats . I got punkin spice sticks, which help aid in removing plaque, and I got some beef sausages. All 3 of my dogs enjoyed both. I will certainly return when I am in the area. It is a small pet store with a lot of variety, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I was thrilled to find a nearby self-serve dog wash, and at such a great price for what they provide. Washing them at home vs at a facility that has all that’s needed makes a huge difference in how they smell and how clean they come out. They smelled heavenly with the array of shampoos and colognes they had. Will for sure come back more frequently!”

Went to find a brush for my brush-resistant dogs who will hide for hours if you bring out a brush.On the recommendation of an employee I got a oval shaped rubber comb and have spent the past 15 minutes allowing my dogs to queue in line hoping to get the "good scratchies". They LOVE this brush and it only took 7 years to find!”

“I dont really have an issue with this location except that they dont have things in stock like some of the other locations. Store is clean and people are very nice. I place my orders online and that if I could rate that its would 2 stars. You can place one big order and pick up what you can and have the rest shipped each order has to picked up at same location or shipped. Not everything is in stock...in fact the only store that really has most the items for pick up is Quakertown. If walmart can place your shipping and pick up order together why can't petsmart. I love their brand cat litter...can't find the size I need available for pick up or shipping. It's a nightmare shopping on line.”
“Everyone who has ever helped me here has been wonderful. Just today, I only had to pay $10 for being able to use their professional grooming tub, flea & tick shampoo, towels and blow dryer. My dog is almost 60 lbs and she didn't want to cooperate with getting up the ramp and into the tub so they picked her up to get her in and picked her up to get her back out. They were so helpful, friendly and professional. They have always given me good advice on products for my dog and my fish tank.”

“I stop in randomly if I don't feel like buying something on Amazon and waiting or heading to PetSmart. I would say the staff is very friendly and helpful. They carry most of the mainstream foods/toys and also some more high end things...like raw/freeze-dried foods. I only ding it for the prices. Expect to pay at least 10% more here. Also, there is a membership I think? You put in your number each time but I don't think it is for rewards, just looking up orders. That's also a bummer.”
“We recently adopted "Marley" now MilleeRose and are head over heels about our puppy. She has brought much Joy and Laughter to our home. The Humane Society was great with the our adoption and and the Vet Clinic did a Great job on MilleeRose Spay.”

“Bought my beautiful teddy bear, which is a Shih Tzu and bichon frisé mix. She is a beautiful little girl. So friendly and loving and kind. Super smart too. She figured out before 24 hours. She uses the pet ramp I have in front of my bed and lazy boy to get right up there. She’s too tiny to ever be able to jump up but she knows how to use ramp. Alyssa at the pet store was wonderful and you can tell she loves all the dogs. I highly recommend this pet shop because we have gotten a few dogs from here the last couple years and everyone has been a wonderful animal. Well bred and healthy.”
“we usually stop at this pet store whenever we are in the area , having bought a cocker spaniel here many years ago we've become pretty familiar with the store. the area where the pets are kept is ALWAYS amazingly clean ... never a hint of smell from puppy "accidents". the pets are kept clean and appear very well cared for ... as made obvious by the DON'T WAKE UP SLEEPING PUPPIES and the DO NOT PHOTOGRAPH THE PETS signs making it clear that they have a great respect for the pets and their well being. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, offering great advice on the right breed for us as well as what to expect etc etc. the cocker spaniel we bought came with a health warranty ( not sure if this is still available) and we took it to our veterinarian of choice to be checked out within a week of purchase ... the dog was declared to be in excellent health and the doctor said that she was very well cared for at the store , something he was impressed with.the cocker spaniel went on to be a cherished member of my family for 16 years. if / when we decide to get another puppy we will return to the The Pet Shop in Whitehall with complete confidence that we are getting a healthy and cared for puppy.”
