“I thought it time to update this review. I've continued to shop this store regularly and every visit since the one prompting my original review has been nothing short of pleasant. I've been greeted with a smile and everyone has been very upbeat. Exactly like most reviewers have reported. Clearly there's something to be said about the quality of care they take if we contined to shop there despite a poor experience last year. Old post: I've been to this store off and on for many years. Back when Sarah still worked there and they had the old location. It was almost always a very pleasant experience....( deleted ) I hope other customers get a better experience because they really do have great birds and care for them very well.”

“Dropped off wet cat food. It was 2 boxes so I needed both hands to carry them. A volunteer/worker opened the door for me and was extremely thankful. Not my first time donating but I'll keep doing it when I can at the Animal shelter/clinic!”
