“Staff is very friendly & helpful. They carry a nice selection of boots. I was particularly looking for cowboy boots and happened to be visiting while they had a sale on boots. Very happy with my purchase and would visit this location again!”

I've continued to shop this store regularly and every visit since the one prompting my original review has been nothing short of pleasant.
I've been greeted with a smile and everyone has been very upbeat. Exactly like most reviewers have reported.
Clearly there's something to be said about the quality of care they take if we contined to shop there despite a poor experience last year.

I've been to this store off and on for many years. Back when Sarah still worked there and they had the old location. It was almost always a very pleasant experience....( deleted )

“Deceptively small from the outside, but this Petco has a wide variety of essentials. The aquatics section in particular is why I've come back here - whoever takes care of their fish really, really cares, and it shows. Everything is healthy and there are plenty of plants to choose from on top of everything! The staff have been nothing but patient and helpful. My favorite one to go to by far”
“I stopped there just to look at the animals and spend some time with them. The facility was spotless, the staff were extremely helpful, and the animals were clean. I previously adopted a dog from them who was now 14 years old. He is the best dog imaginable. I'm so happy I got him! He turned into my best friend and I love him to death.”
“The grooming girls were great! We walked in for a nail clipping and they took us immediately. Took the kids to look at the hamsters and fish. Basically a trip to the zoo. Was clean and quick!”

The guard greeting me with a smile.Yard jockeys and other employees were friendly in guiding me to the shipping & receiving office along with finding parking in the staging area… My appointment was 6AM. Give me door right away and unloaded within an hour and good to go.Great experience!!!”
