“The first time I was recommended to go to the Aardvark store I was a bit confused as to what made this place special over any other shoe store. After buying my first pair, I was believer in the brand. I have been back to buy several more times. It is the professionalism, quality of service and courtesy of the staff that keeps me coming back over and over again, repeatedly trusting in their recommendations.
My first fitting with Andy was unlike anything I had ever experienced. I thought, there’s no way this is the standard of service. A little over a year after my first fitting, I went in for a refresh and had a fitting with John. To my relief and surprise, John delivered that same Aardvark experience that I fell in love with the first time.
Aside from experience, a truly unique offering from Aardvark is how knowledgeable the staff is. The ability for them to complete the fitting and make curated recommendations based on your unique foot’s need is amazing.
During our most recent experience, my wife and I had a great conversation with John about having our first child on the way and joked about needing my modern dad shoe (cue the signature white new balance). Not only did they remember that conversation but they sent us a nice post card congratulating us on the new baby.”

“I was in the store with my brother a little over a month ago, right after Christmas. This was my first time in this Red Wing store and I was very pleased. We were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help. We were in there for a sizing issue, my brother received his iron rangers as a gift, but they were the wrong size. Carmelo the store manager went above and beyond to help us out and track down all the info needed to make the size exchange and to get my brother sized correctly. The service was exceptional and I can tell Carmelo really takes pride and loves what he does. I’m really looking forward to going back for future boot purchases. “Great place to buy hyped release sneakers! I won an online raffle on their app and drove 1 hour 20 minutes to the store to pick them up. All the employees were so nice to me like they knew me or something, but it was my very first time visiting the store.
