“Dr. Abby and Dr. Freeby have been fantastic in caring for our dog who is going through stage 5 lymphoma treatments. From fitting him in for emergency surgery at the last minute, to running labwork after hours, coordinating an emergency visit with an oncologist out of town, and much more, they have shown us incredible support and care that you won't find at many other vets. Dr. Freeby has had a few really difficult conversations regarding tough decisions with us and handled them with the perfect balance of empathy and professionalism. When we were heartbroken and being given updates, you could tell how much they both cared every step of the way. When you go through really tough times with your pet, it makes all the difference to have the support and care from a skilled staff who knows what is best. This is a veterinary hospital that has your pet's best interests in mind at all times and we appreciate all they have done for us! 5 star service for sure.”

“Dr Gabriel is a godsend. I'm not sure our now 16 year old dog would still be with us if not for her. We started seeing her two years ago and she changed our dog's life and I'm convinced she's prolonged it. Dealing with arthritis and dementia isn't easy, but acupuncture and homeopathy visibly helps. “We've been going to Northside for the past year and from the front desk staff, to the techs, and Dr. Lehman we couldn't ask for a better experience. They truly love animals and treat them like they are their own. We moved back to the LV last year and one of our cats has some health issues. “Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my broken heart for all you did for me and my sweet girl. I miss her so much already. ??”

“I have had many cats in my life. All of them have been patients of MVC for almost 40 years. I should have done this review sooner. Dr. Kathy Jamison is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate-with my cats and me too. I have adopted many cats from there and she and her staff always help me find the cat meant for me and my household. Like any great doctor, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, and you wait your turn the day of. But unequivocally, it is well worth the wait, and all her clientele-humans and animals know this. At the same time, If I think it is an emergency, she will fit me in the same day, even if it means staying after hours. She won't make decisions for me but always has all the ins and outs of treatments to help me. I NEVER feel pressured or shamed into anything. It is painful to lose an animal and Dr. Jamison and her staff have cried with me when it happens. We love MVC, Dr. Jamison and all her staff.”

“Our dachshund Kelsa had a herniated disk at the age of 8,she needed surgery ASAP,as soon as we found out,we called Cummins veterinary hospital and scheduled an appointment,sure enough,she needed surgery and the doctors went to work right away,this is not her 1st time here,she was here 5 years ago with paralyzed back legs due to a back injury,they fixed her then and again this time,both times with a full recovery in 6-8 weeks.”

“My dog split his nail horizontally from tip to paw. Took him in and the vet looked said the nail has to come completely out. I asked when they could do this and he said now. He didn’t want a chance of infection.
The knocked him out removed the nail, gave me meds and off we went. Two days later I remove the bandage and it looks ugly, but healing perfectly. The service was great the price was fair and I really felt they cared.

“WOW this place is busy! My husband and I recently moved into the area and were looking to establish care for our pets. We were recommended Easton Animal Hospital by a few neighbors, so we decided to give them a try.
The place is very busy, but I have to give credit where it is due. The ladies up front handled the craziness like champs. From phone call after phone call to helping several people waiting to check in and check out, they kept everything moving effortlessly. It was impressive!
I forget my doctor’s name, but she was very kind and had a wonderful personality, as did her technician. The only reason I gave four stars is the pricing. It is a little on the expensive side, but honestly, that seems to be everything nowadays. Overall, still a great experience.”

“My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Hess and her staff. They have taken such good care of our dog, Murphy. He is an enthusiastic scavenger, and even with the use of safety locks, etc., has managed to consume non-edible items. Both times they saw him immediately and took excellent care of him. Also, Dr. Hess has been endlessly patient navigating his food allergies and sensitive stomach. Additionally, her vet techs are amazing- it's easy to get an appt for maintenance issues with ears and anal glands. You can tell they love the animals they care for and there's no better feeling as a dog-parent.
Lastly, the groomers are fantastic with Murphy. He always looks so handsome after his cut, and we feel good knowing he's in safe and caring hands!
Prices are affordable and fair, even on routine issues not covered by pet insurance.
My mom and step-dad have taken our/their family dogs to Dr. Hess for years and suggested we do the same. They were so compassionate when our dogs Kiva and Zoe died, and do great managing their dog Pablo. I would 10/10 recommend for anyone in the area.”
