“Came to this location with my daughter to shop for new puppy and Jess along with Carley we’re ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They answered all of our questions and even made recommendations as we were kind clueless on where to begin being that we never had an Australian Shepherd. This will deff be our permanent location. Thanks to these 2 helpful ladies we left feeling a lot more confident. I work for Huntington National Bank where customer service is our MAIN focus and these ladies most definitely have great customer service and I hope their manager appreciates it cause if not I know who will !! ?”

“I adopted 2 brother kitties from the shelter on Christmas Eve. They were crazy scared for the first few hours I brought them home, but they came around quickly and were fully integrated in a couple days. It's now been a month and they think they own the place. Lol. Very sweet, loving, affectionate, playful. I've taken them to the vet, they had already had all the shots and tests they needed at the shelter but had a full exam and are very healthy.
I know the building is very bad, I honestly thought the place was abandoned when I first drove by. I believe they're building a new facility not too far away, I'm hoping it's going to be amazing for the staff and the animals.
I found the staff to be so caring and working hard under difficult circumstances. Considering the turnover of animals they take in, they know them all by name and know their habits, like if they're very social or shy, if they get along with children, etc. They do really good work.”
