This store is an absolute joke. “JR” “JY” “JC” Jackass, whatever his name was, was a waste of time. Nothing but a cocky and arrogant “manager”. He has no knowledge of how anything works. His staff gave us false information and improperly set up two lines for us. When I went to him for assistance he did nothing put push a piece of paper towards me with a corporate phone number. He was rude, disregarded what I had to say and walked away while saying smart remarks. This store should have zero stars. What a joke.

customer service was awful!!! I wouldn't rate with one star! Simply terrible! Employees were walking around the store with their hands in their pocket or on an iPad. I was there for a half hour. No one said anything about being waited on. Went on the app I was next in line for a little while. Nobody cares in that store! Tried to call to speak to a manager and her calls all go to a one 800 number for customer service. I don't even think the manager cares. The only reason they get one star is because I have to to post it.

Fantastic Service - Verizon sent me a new Pixel 7 with a bad SIM - hours on the phone with Verizon Service Desk Tiers 1 & 2. 10 minutes in this store and the manager fixed my phone - provided a new working SIM and would not take any $ for assisting me. Thank you!

I wasn't too impressed. My wife lost her phone, and someone turned it into the Verizon store. That was great. They called and said we could come pick it up. The next day, I drove in to pick it up, and the lady told me there was no lost phone and no one from the store called. I told her they did. She went and looked again and said there was nothing there. She started acting like I was making it up. Finally, a Verizon employee from across the store said she had overheard someone call about a lost phone yesterday. So she called another employee and he said yes it was him. So she went and looked for a third time and finally came out with it handed to me and never apologized. Wasn't very impressed with the way it was handled.

Went in today looking to upgrade my phone. Sean was ZERO help. He spent the entire time trying to get me to upgrade plans disregarding the whole reson I went in the first place, to upgrade my phone. I made it very clear that I was not interested in upgrading the plan. I share the plan with 4 other people and was not going to make a decision that would affect everyone on the plan. I needed to pay off my old phone in order to upgrade, which he knew. He still kept saying my monthly phone payment was going to be 22 per month. He also kept trying to sell me a galaxy watch, which if he looked at my plan, he would have seen that I already have one. Eventually I gave up and left. It was a waste of time.Went home and paid it off online and was able to upgrade to a new galaxy s23 for FREE. Online gave me $800 trade in value. Sean clearly had no idea what he was doing other than trying to get me to upgrade phone plans. Would highly recommend doing your upgrading online and bypassing Verizon physical stores as they only care about upselling.
