They are the easiest rent to own company I have dealt with. They do everything they can to help. From a previous employee of Rent A Center I understand the rent to own business. To anyone reading this review. Communication is key. They don’t want to take your stuff anymore then you wanna loose it.

“Had to return an item as it was a set that was supposed to be tea, coffee, and sugar canisters but it had two sugar and no coffee. Had purchased it online as a gift for someone. It was only available online and would take a few days to ship but unfortunately I didn’t realize the defect until the day before the party. However, I was able to purchase another item off the registry for pickup at the store and return the defective item quickly and easily. Used the Target app on my phone for both purchases so I didn’t need to look for receipts in emails or have printed copies.”
“I had a big issue with our account and we had to get some help to figure some things out and the new manager Chuck was a blessing that day for sure. Knew what he was doing. My issue taken care of and was very kind and courteous in the process thank you to you and the team member online that helped resolve our matter.”
