For me Mr. Billman waved my deductible both times. I had my other car at the shop last year and he did a very good job on it as well. “5 stars! Ladies, I feel he is trustworthy. Get a quote and YOU decide where to take YOUR car! I recommended getting a quote from here. Yes the hill to get to HILLTOP is steep, but his prices are not.
He was recommended from my regular car shop and I am very happy with my experience. He used what he could from what was salvagable which was all but 1 piece. He could have hussled me to replace it all. Instead, he helped find the least expensive route. He was transparent about pricing and my options. Offered to touch up a spot to prevent rusting. A curb or three may have been scraped by my back door. Service was quick and looks great!”

“Car sales, it's definitely a skill. You have to strike the right balance of meeting a customers needs, upselling without coming off as too pushy. At the same time you don't want undersell. We've bought three cars from this dealership over the past 4 years. 2. They've gone the extra mile for us on several occasions: I came the year before just to check out cars, and I wanted to review financing options. They worked with for about an hour on a pretty busy day. they did knowing they most likely weren't going to make a sale that day. I came back to buy a Mazada they worked with me again to get the car I wanted within my price range. They advised us on carry over debt, and options available to deal with it. My wife especially impressed with the customer service I received. She came back to Faulkner when it was time to upgrade. When my car got totaled last year. I gave them a list of 3 vehicles specific trims, and colors. They worked with us over several weeks to get the vehicle I wanted. My tech savvy saleswomen handled 90% of the stuff via frigging txt! I would recommend Faulkner Mazda.”

“These People are Amazing at Advanced!!! My Son was on his way to work when his Radiator Hose snapped! Anti-freeze was everywhere!!!! We run to Advanced Auto and unfortunately they were out of the Upper Radiator Hose Assembly! Then while at advanced a State trooper called stating they were going to have to tow the car because of where it was by the light on Hershey rd. My son replied we’re on our way back soon and the state trooper said I’ll give you till night time! My son thanked him…. However the guys at the counter at advanced were the “Real Blessing” and they helped us think of a way to use the same hose To reconnect everything and get it home!!! Y’all are some real good people! And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”

“I can not say enough about R. Miller Auto Body Shop!! I walked in to schedule an appt for an estimate to repair my car. Mitchell said he'd look at it immediately and give me an estimate. He was able to get my car in for the work the next day and said it would take 4 days. He maintained that schedule. The work he and his team did was beautiful and there were no additional or hidden expenses!!!
Mitchell advocated for me when the rental car service did not provide me w a vehicle as I had reserved for 9am. I was not notified that there were no cars to rent until 9am, and asked me if I could delay until noon. After Mitchell spoke w the rental service, I had a car within 15 mins.
