Went to pick up a 20 ft truck yesterday. The U-haul representative was so efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to her! (Sorry I forgot her name). The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely rent there again. Also, boxes were very inexpensive compared to other places.
