U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides excellent, second-to-none service. The return process is painless and quick, with customers reporting being in and out in under five minutes. Overall experiences are great. The service is good and friendly. While a double charge issue was noted, it was fixed right away when called. Customers would use them again and recommend them to anyone. A reminder is to know the rental due back time, not the business closing time.

This was super easy to get to. Picked up a open trailer. The staff came right out to help check me in. Another came right out to hook me up. Even swapped the connector cable with another because it had some tape and looked warn. Would for sure pick up again.
