“I would give more stars if possible. Over the summer we visited Hershey Park and then spent some time at the Hershey Outlets. I had great success at the Loft Outlet. Recently I went back to the Loft in hopes of finding a particular item, and discovered I was not able to get the item in New Jersey. Additionally, Loft Outlet no longer has an online ordering option. I contacted the Hershey outlet directly to see if they had the items I wanted, and they did. I ordered a gift card online, gave them the number on the card, and they placed my order. Best of all, the package came to me the very next day! I couldn't believe the fast turnaround time, and the friendliness of the store. I spoke with both Tanya and Chelsea. I hope I get to meet you in person the next time we visit Hershey. A+ customer service, in a time where we don't always get that or expect that. I am a very happy customer. Love you guys! “Have been a Levi's wearer since the late 70's (I suppose I'll never fit back into my first pair of 29" waist jeans tho ;) ....so will my review be biased? Perhaps, but I don't think so. As the years went by, I tended to gravitate toward generic (aka cheaper) denim in order to save $, but recently I decided to beef up my denim supply and returned to this Outlet store in Hershey. Purchased a new current me-sized Type 3 Denim Trucker Jacket and a fleece-lined Sherpa Jacket as well (oh - and a hat;). I found that when Levi's runs some of their deeper discount sales you're not TOO far above $-wise a lot of the other store brands .....and although no longer made in the USA - the quality still seems to be excellent and worth the extra cost. Store had a good selection & the staff were friendly & seem to be positive about the product they sell, which is nice. Soooo.... I'm still on Team Levi's!”
“Scored big here. My partner and I were walking around amd I went into the clearance section. Bought a bag that was $500 for $47. It was on clearance for 75% off with an additional 20%. Ummm hello score as well as a cute summer bag and wallet to match.”

“I had an amazing shopping experience at Three Little Birds before Christmas. I went there to find that special Christmas gift for my daughter. The salesperson was super helpful and I left with an outfit that I was so excited to give my daughter. I think the salesperson was just as excited as me, which was so cool! I ended up having to return an item because my daughter needed a different size. The sales team was absolutely phenomenal in finding me the correct size in a different store. All around, a great experience!”
