“Houston PA location is by far the best I've been to. Clean, well stocked, even in the pandemic. Always busy, and short staffed but the workers are pleasant and helpful, which I'm sure is a challenge with b*tchey customers who don't get it. Other local area stores have been adjusting hours due to staffing problems, but I haven't run across it yet here, and they added a self checkout to help. The only issue I've IDd is the parking lot. As busy as it is, it really should be better designed, but they can't do much about that, with this physical location.”

“For the first time I finally have very nice woman working, I quit going there because RUDE MANANGERS, Hopefully the one is gone, but to have nice people working this store, I may continue to go back, soon there will be a dollar General opening up right up the road, if I go back and see this women working I WILL TURN AROUND AND GO ELSEWHERE”

“This Dollar Tree discount store sells items that cost slightly over one dollar. Items include home decor, office supplies, health and beauty products, cleaning products, pet supplies, foods and beverages, etc.As I shopped around this store, I felt happy with the selection of merchandise. I chose many items to buy, and the total price was very reasonable. The cashier correctly rang up my purchase. I hope that this Dollar Tree continues to offer inexpensive items rather than more expensive items.”

“I've always liked Dollar General... Very nice & professional... Your employees are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers... You are most definitely in need of some more hires... Shelves need better stocked... Too many carts with merchandise left unstocked up n down the aisles... Not to the fault of store employees you have... They all stay busy with customers... Hire more people & promote within... The employees you have now are well deserving of promotion ❤️”

“The Mcdonald dollar general is within walking distance of my place, and I'm very grateful for this seeing as I can't drive due to epilepsy. I am there several times a week. Since the store has what I need at inexpensive prices, I get my cleaning supplies and hygiene products here. The whole staff is always kind and helpful; I look forward to interacting with them.”

“Love the customer service. Always helpful. I can say the general manager of all Family Dollars you need night time stock.Also, you need to do this location like other locations. Remodel. General manager why haven't you.I think some prices are good, some are little high. But, I know it's not in the store, it's on the CEO giving themselves, outrageous raises, then passing it on to the customer.I will say, that the employees treat me, like family. Help me always when I need help. Especially with things up high. I do love this family dollar.The CEO needs put $$ in this family dollar on Highland Ave Washington Pennsylvania & remodel.
