“This Towing Company is the best. Their representative, Shawn, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. Their driver was attentive and willing to go beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. I was really impressed. Definitely recommend.”
“Needed a tow through GEICO and Jesus was such a pleasure to work with! Very friendly, has a very peaceful/calm demeanor. Offered fast and professional service. Great conversation too. Will gladly utilize Austin's again for future needs.
Update: needed a 2nd tow that same day!! Carlos came to the rescue! Equally friendly and compassionate. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was OK. Its the small things like this that make Austins a great small business service.”
“Wagner did an amazing job repairing my vehicle it looks perfect! They only put on parts that were high-quality and even dealt with my insurance company for me. I definitely recommend them!”

“My Car slid on some ice and ended up off the road stuck on a well pipe. It was a tricky situation to get the car off without more damage to the car or pipe. Other tow companies refused the job or quoted $3000. Pete came when it was dark but promised to come back the next day when there would be more light and could bring more equipment he needed. He came back as promised with another employee and equipment. He got the car free with no damage to it or the pipe. Reasonable price as well. I would definitely recommend Pete's Towing.”
“Great service every time! Updating this after my 4th or 5th visit. I love having a reliable mechanic I can be real with and trust that that they're not going to try to fool me or get me to spend unnecessary money. Oh! And I car, lil Acura RDX sounds great!”

“My car broke down at work and I had to get it towed, I asked for recommendations and luckily my mechanic recommended this company. Jim was super friendly and helpful, he made a stressful situation much easier by his demeanor. If ever put in a similar situation I would want Jim. Highly recommend!”
“My car was towed on a Friday. Hanks was closed Saturday and Sunday, and thought Monday as well due to being a holiday. I was worried about the price and not being able to work. I received a call back early Monday morning from Robert who informed me that yes they were closed but he would wait for me to retrieve my car, and worked with me on the price which was a lot less than I anticipated. He was helpful, courteous, and I could tell he wasn’t just trying to get the most out of me like other tow companies I’ve dealt with in the past.”
“My family have been bringing cars with bodywork here for years. Scott is honest, reasonable, hard working and professional. There have been times he could have charged me for work that didn't need to be done and he was always honest about it. This place is top notch.Services: Painting”

“On 4/4/2026 my husband required mechanical assistance and called AAA. Yocum Towing was dispatched. Not only did they facilitate him getting home, but the driver was knowledgeable, but very personable and made what could have been a tense situation a whole lot better. Kudos to Yocum and to their driver Kyle. They need to clone him.”

“These guys truly are amazing! I broke down this morning (my alternator took a dump), and I use these guys every time me or a friend need a tow. Every time I have needed a tow, Rey was always there and just a down to earth guy. Very pleasurable and knowledgeable and knows the directions to my mechanic by heart. Great customer service, I'm gonna be asking for him by name here on out. Not to mention the prices are very reasonable, and up front.”

“I have used J K Miller Bros several times in the last 3 years to do roadside repairs for our trucks and trailers and they are the best in the area! Can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating they are. 10 Stars not 5!”
“Always great service here whether we come here for an inspection for our cars, brakes, exhaust system etc, they are always fair with their prices and their work is excellent. We highly recommend them.”
“Place does Great work, decently well priced. Fast turn-over rate, & will not perform any work/parts untill You are notified of the procedures/Intentions, & as well given them Permission to Order/Preform work. ?”
“Staff is more than wonderful. They care about you and will reason with you. Might be because it’s a family owned business. Other than that, one of the most ideal places to go for service. Also PS, THEY DO NOT PERFORM THE WASH OUT FOR TRAILERS, TALK TO MAN UPFRONT FOR SERVICE WITH THAT. Overall amazing though ?”
