“I never thought I’d a) review or b) give five stars to a post office, but here we are. I went in this morning to send a parcel overseas. Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. The bar is sadly really low for these types of organisations and this team show how it should be done.”
“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”

“I love our local post office. Greg is always kind, helpful and he is so sweet with my daughter. I read through some of the comments and I don’t understand why there is so much negativity being directed at him. Maybe this area is just filled with racists and people who hold their nose up to highly. Honestly I feel like we are lucky to have this post office and lucky to have Greg. The post office in Doyelstown may have longer hours, but this location is being ran by 1 person, and I think he does an awesome job.”
“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”

“At least this USPS Office answers their telephone. The Warminster location in York Rd STILL doesn't answer their telephone AND you can't even post a review on their website anymore either?!....What's up with THAT! Made numerous complaints to Washington, DC. They said they were going to correct the problem, but obviously didn't?!”
“No complaints from me, thus far. Our carrier Alane (not Elaine) is fantastic and the main PO in D-town is much improved from the dinky little PO we had through the 70's & 80's.My how things have changed.Be patient and Don't come over lunch hour.Come in the AM if you can.A full service PO.”
