“Bidding from an auction house and procuring your desired piece of art is relatively easy when you live locally, but definitely NOT when you live 2,700+ miles away! Herein lies our challenge; however, thanks to this most industrious and spectacular Popcorn Packers team, they really came to our rescue and provided top notch customer service! Jessica instantly was receptive to answering all of our questions, went the extra mile by picking up our art from the auction house at no additional cost, and provided fair and competitive shipping rates for the most safe and secure packing for shipping. Our art was beautifully packed and arrived completely unharmed, which is always a relief. We were blown away how simple she made this process, and my hubby and I cannot recommend Popcorn Packers Postal & Shipping Center enough!”

Given I don’t live in the US, I hadn’t done this before, and the staff at this PO were so helpful and made this a completely painless experience. The bar is sadly really low for these types of organisations and this team show how it should be done.”

“I stopped by the UPS Warrington location to drop off an Amazon return. It was the same item but came in two boxes. When I processed the return, Amazon only provided one shipping label. The employees provided a few options, but the best choice was to reprocess the return. I was on the phone with Amazon customer service for about 10 minutes, and the employees were extremely patient and helpful during this time. Excellent customer service, thank you!”
“I was in need of bulk mail stamps as Doylestown was out so I stopped here. Tia was at the counter as well as another postal employee and Tua was so friendly and welcoming! Although they don't carry bulk mail stamps, she had called Upper Southampton post office for me and she was able to get someone on the phone who was able to give us an answer. Not all usps employees are like Tia, she took time out to get an answer for me and I truly appreciated that! Tia and Holly from the Jamison post office should be in charge of training other counter usps employees on proper customer service etiquette!”
“I will admit, I never really knew all of the services that the parcel place offers, and I stumbled upon it by dropping off an Amazon return.You can drop off Amazon returns when you select UPS drop off (free)! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful that after returning a few things there, and learning more about their services, this is now my one stop shop for so many things.Shredding, packing, shipping, purchasing boxes and packing material, private, mailboxes, customized items, like calendars, mugs, shirts, etc., stamps, business services for shipping, receiving, assembly, fulfillment, copying, Notary service and more.Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I went to the Staples in Newtown today, to see what they had to offer in the way of desktop printers. After looking around the store a bit, which was very clean and organized, I asked a question of an associate by the name of Eric. Eric was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but had a professional and kind demeanor. He answered every question that I had about printers and some that I hadn’t even thought of. Not only did he help us purchase a printer, but he also was able to make us aware of great discounts, like trading in our old printer, joining the Staples rewards online for coupons and specials. During check out another associate, named Vicky was just as helpful and kind and made us feel like making is happy was their most important job. “Jan 27th about 2 PM, I walked in, dropped off my package, got my receipt and walked out. That should easily be a five star review, but unfortunately the girl behind the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I've never had to use this service before so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right, but she basically ignored me. The guy that was behind the counter (and involved in something else) jumped in to answer my questions, so that was cool. I value efficiency and quality far higher than customer service, and I know how customers can be...but that was the first time I was in this store, and I'm not exactly looking forward to going back.”
“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
