“Everyone that has been at the Justa Farm branch has been more than wonderful. I've been banking with HVB since 1998 (25 years) and have been served with 5 stars. They helped me purchase my dental office and gave me an outstanding loan. They helped me when my children were born, including watching them while I did my banking. They were there for me during COVID. I received my PPP loan through HVB well before any other bank. HVB also, recently, helped me sell my dental practice. “I had some old savings bonds I wanted to cash in, and I was able to do so at this Wells Fargo branch on Easton Road. Brandon Laurent helped me, and he was wonderful: knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Tori was also great (I think her last name might be Johnson, but I am not sure.) While waiting in line, I had a chance to observe both Brandon and Tori helping other customers as well. Tori helped a mother with her sweet baby, who was also a bit fussy (understandably, it was lunch time!) Tori was very patient with them both. Meanwhile, Brandon helped an older man, who came in with a young girl. Brandon walked them through the process of their transaction and what they wanted to accomplish with such care and consideration. I was so impressed with everyone. Thank you, Brandon and Tori!”
