“I can definitely say I love the way that your store displays the pants and other items. The staff is very efficient. On the not so good side I know for certain my items are worth more and I am disappointed in little amount I received, as I know my denim jackets with original tags new are worth much more. Yet I only received $47 for my higher priced items. Since my friend took me to your store, I decided to rid myself of the burden and even donated the remainder of my belongings. I did not feel the respect that I deserved for my time and gas and l sense that you you made you made out big in the end. So I could really use the $100! My time is more valuable then you priced it. I did not even get a Merry Xmas. I guess that as well. I gave 5 stars for the potential of your stores, not for the fairness. I worked in public for years, and I am excellent when it comes to the content and fairness of service. I did not get what I've given over the years. The customer service though professional, lacks in true respects and human kindness. So please higher people who really love working with the public. I have lived a life beyond the world they come from and customer service is everything!!!! In other words, your store is great, the value, and value of people need some work! Snobs belong in Beverly hills and silicone valley, talented people like me don't have to be fake snobs! Oh, and Merry Xmas ?? the best customer you ever had, Mark F”
“I found this lovely boutique during an online search as I was looking for a unique and thoughtful gift for a friend who lives in Yardley. I left a message and Jessica called me back promptly and worked via telephone with me also on the shop website to choose the perfect items for a bespoke gift basket. Jessica then put the gift basket together beautifully and hand delivered the basket to my friend. This level of customer care is rare to say the least. I cannot recommend Krysset enough. Do yourself a favor and shop at this amazing boutique. I promise they will not disappoint.”

“I visited the Boot N Shoot boutique shop this past weekend with my husband to find a supportive, comfortable pair of boots.
I have a connective tissue disease, that causes some mobility issues, and weak and painful feet and ankles. Shoe shopping is not something I enjoy due to this. The owner Mariana was such a breath of fresh air!
Shopping at her boutique felt like shopping with a good girlfriend! She was SO welcoming, warm, and helpful. She was just lovely!
She spent so much time with me, listened to my concerns, and successfully helped me find the perfect pair.
The boots I selected are both cute and comfortable! (so supportive I was able to walk around for hours that evening at Peddlers a village without any discomfort!)

“Extremely Helpful.I had flew into Philly for a business meeting, but didn’t have anything to wear. So an hour before they closed I ran into Calvin Klein and started looking around.I myself have no fashion sense but I was tryna put some things together. That’s when Jamana came over and gave me some well needed advice. As a bonus she found everything I wanted quickly which still gave me some time to run and grab some shoes before the mall closed.Jamana was great and if I was you, I would go in and ask her for help directly.”

Shopping for my daughter can be challenging but the experts at the store made her instantly feel comfortable and were able to work with her to find exactly what she wanted and felt good in. “We lost my mom and her wish for the funeral was for everyone to wear bright colors. Knowing I had nothing warm and brightly colored (it was in November and very cold), I dragged myself out to 25 South and the surrounding DW boutiques to try to find something that would fulfill her final wish despite being barely functioning. The kindness I was met with by Jamie that day is something I will never forget. He was understanding, helpful and gentle with my husband and I as we were still processing our grief. As someone who also works in sales, I can say from experience that his genuine kindness and warmth is something that you don’t find much these days. “Juan was incredibly helpful today! I visited the Guess store at Philadelphia mills while shopping for an outfit for a wedding party. I haven’t shopped in store in years and he immediately made me feel comfortable and made the experience a breeze. He was patient when I was unsure and offered his professional opinion when needed. He escorted me to the changing room while carrying my clothes and made sure if I needed anything after trying my clothes on to let him know. Needless to say everything fit perfectly and thanks to him I was in and out and dressed to impress in no time. This level of professionalism isn’t often found in retail and he far exceeded my expectations.”

This time, there a chubby guy there...I came to the mall looking for dark blue winter hats for work. There was one at the Marshall's, in a three hat package with two other different colors.
I need one more dark blue hat, so I went into the Old Navy with the Marshall's bag. Theres a blue hat. I take it to the register with this guy. Sit the Marshall's bag on the counter.
After I pay for the hat, he grabs it, and sticks it down in the Marshall's bag, as he looks deep down in it...you know why he did that, right ?...he swore I had stolen some hats ?...all he saw was three hats clamped together, with a Marshall's logo ?
