Our guy is very timid around other animals and people, but when we are here.. everyone is so gentle and give such positive energy that soothes Princey. They are very patient and thorough with information and recommendations! Miss Jaime is an awesome Nurse who cradels him with affection. And keeps us informed with suggestions and info. “I have taken my pets to Richboro Veterinary Hospital for many years. Last year, I moved out of the area, but continued to bring my pets to this practice despite now living 45 minutes away. In the back of my mind I always thought eventually I would find a vet closer to my new home in case of emergencies, but hadn’t yet. Dr Sampson and Dr Linn had made it quite easy for when my pets needed care - I could send pictures or videos if I had a question, and bring my pet in when needed. It was rather convenient, so I didn't feel like it was too far to continue to take my pets to this practice. Yesterday, however, I was faced with an emergency. We were having a snow and ice storm and I woke up to find my 11 year old Himalayan cat laying on the floor unable to move the right side of her body. Almost as if she had a stroke in the middle of the night., I had no idea what had happened but knew she needed to be seen as soon as possible. I called a local vet that was less than a mile from my new home and explained the situation. I just needed my cat to be seen, and being that we were in the midst of an ice storm I figured this was my best and probably only option considering the roads were awful and they were less than a mile away. They told me they didn’t “feel comfortable” seeing her and suggested I call elsewhere. Rather than call around to other vets, wasting valuable time, I called Richboro Veterinary Hospital. When I spoke with Dr Sampson he told me to bring her right in. I drove an hour in the snow and ice for my cat to be seen. Dr Sampson gave her a basic neuro assessment and discussed the possibilities of what could be wrong with her, and what potential outcomes we could be looking at - based on this initial assessment - none of them were good. I had decisions to make. While it wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for, I feel better knowing I was able to have my sweet girl of 11 years seen by her doctor when faced with such an emergency. So I just wanted to post this review to thank Dr Sampson, and the wonderful staff at RVH for continuing in the steps of Dr Linn - making sure Richboro Veterinary Hospital is always available to me, and always adequately staffed, in case of an emergency. Thank you for seeing and caring for Priscilla (aka Miss Priss) in her time of need , because she deserved nothing less.”

“The Bridge Clinic saved my dogs life. He somehow managed to ingest a small Kong ball which blocked his stomach and food absorption. He was throwing up non stop and became lethargic and started going into shock. We first took him to another emergency room which took care of his initial symptoms at an very high cost. When it came to making the decision as to where we would have the surgery to remove the ball from his stomach, the cost for services be came unaffordable at PASE.We decided to transfer him to The Bridge Clinic in Bensalem for care and they opened up a last minute spot for surgery the same day. They took expert care of him and they were great at communicating what was happening with our dog. The doctor expertly removed the ball from his stomach and we were able to take him home the same day to care for him. And at a FIFTH of the cost of going to PASE. The care at PASE was good but the cost of care is not feasible for most people, therefore The Bridge Clinic was a great choice.If you are looking for a place to take care of your pet then this is a great place to go for care.”

“Finally found an animal hospital that will help our German Shepherd who has had terrible allergies for the past several years, he is allergic to trees. We had a bad experience at the last facility we went to last month and I had finally removed our pets from their system. We were recommended by family to come here to Buckingham Animal Hospital and we left our first visit knowing we were in the hands. We are relieved and grateful! Here’s to our sweet boy getting the help he needs!”

“Village isn’t our normal veterinary but because our normal veterinary was unavailable we went to see her she was so nice and great with our dog she told us our choices and one was going to an emergency veterinary witch we chose she called them to fill them in on what was happening . The doctor and medical staff were caring and professional . Doug needed xray of abdomen and medication. The vet read the xray and sent the xray to be read by radiologist to confirm nothing was missed. The office sent a f/u email with office visit summary and list of ERs if Dougs need to be seen tonight. I am very pleased with his care”
“I've been coming here for 5-6 years now and regardless of the vet we've seen I've always had a really pleasant experience with all of the staff and quality of care here. I met Dr. Tori Plymouth last month and she was extremely nice and helpful. One of my dogs gets a bit nervous coming here while the other gets a bit too overexcited with happiness (as seen in the photo lol, he loves coming here), and the staff is just really great with them & working with their very different personalities. It's a bit of a drive for me but always worth it.”

My experience with VCA Langhorne has thankfully been the complete opposite. The entire staff are incredibly kind, Dr’s Urbaniak and Petlakh have taken their time with me and my dog and have equally been kind, informative and charged quite fairly in comparison with other providers. “I made an appointment to bring my boy here for the first time due to GI issues, but when the symptoms worsened yesterday, spoke with Selena (sorry if I misspelled your name!) who was so incredibly kind over the phone and she recommended he go to an emergency vet after speaking with her vet at VCA. My poor boy ended up having liver masses and after I opted to keep him comfortable, I called back to make a follow up appointment to make sure I had enough medications. They squeezed me in this evening and every single staff member treated my boy with love and kindness. They gave him some fluids and pain medication for me to have on hand until he goes to sleep peacefully next week. I’ve never had to make these decisions for an animal and they made everything so much easier. Their prices were reasonable and were able to accommodate him so quickly. I know if Butters could thank them himself, he would, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for treating him with dignity, love and sweetness. I will definitely bring my girl back for her regular visits. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
