The entire staff are incredibly kind, Dr’s Urbaniak and Petlakh have taken their time with me and my dog and have equally been kind, informative and charged quite fairly in comparison with other providers. The lovely lady on the phone walked me through options, prices, and suggested some great ideas as well. She was so helpful. We got to the office and we’re home within the hour and our puppy is just fine. So thankful and while I hope I don’t have to go back soon, I would go as needed!”
