“Its not often you write a review for a pharmacy but I have to say that the people working here are the best. We have been using Value Specialty Pharmacy for years to get my daughter and sons specialized medicine for CF and Crohns and they always go above and beyond in terms of communications and getting assistance from the doctors when a medication needs to be refilled or needs a special code for the insurance. Five stars for the people working here you don't know how frustrating other pharmacies can be and the lack of caring from other competitors is unbelievable. “I had to move from Rite Aid as I am sure many others have done recently. Yes the lines and wait times were wrong, but I overheard a plethora of customers complaining to staff who had no bearing on the speed at which they could operate. The staff always maintained an apologetic and compassionate response to the irrate customers despite them having none of the actual blame. They apologized to me for the wait and when I told them I felt bad they were getting swamped due to Rite Aid closing, they did not blame anyone and accepted all of the criticism without snapping back at any customers.....even when I feel they had every right to. The staff are extremely patient with the type of individuals who typically use this pharmacy and many of the negative reviews are surely due to a sense of entitlement on the customers end. The staff do what they can as soon as and as efficiently as possible.”
