“I was in dire need of a new phone and was looking for a new Samsung. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for decades and never consider going anywhere else for a phone. I called the Wayne, PA store and spoke with Edvard to inquire what would be the best replacement for my 5-year-old Samsung 10+. Got the info I needed and stopped in a couple days later. Edvard was the best, completely knowledgeable, personable and professional. I am a bit of a techno-idiot (due to my age) and Edvard was very patient and knew the products. Since I haven't bought a new phone in a while I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the info transfer was from my old phone to the new S25+. I was never a fan of auto-pay but that's how it's done today so Edvard set that up for me. If you are looking for a new phone don't hesitate to come to this store.”
“AT&T Wynnwood was great to work with. I was having issues with my phone turning on and off but Shah was able to bypass the issues on my current phone to transfer everything to my new phone and I’m going home with a working phone. Strongly recommend working with Shah!”

I had an issue with switching my sim card from my broken iphone to s23 ultra ,and I was no longer receiving any text or sms from iphone users ,I went to main verizon store and they told me you should contact Customer service, I did but they couldn't help with it ,they send to apple they couldn't help me either, until I went to 24th and oregon verizon store ,The Boss Mr Lawrence

“These guys are the best. I took my phone to the Apple store and they told me that I needed a new logic board. Instead of paying $1000 for a new phone like Apple wanted me to, I brought it here. They fixed the issue in 20 minutes while I waited. Highly recommend. 10/10.”

“Darryl is a superstar. I’ve always had good experiences at the Verizon store in Newtown square, with Theo, and others in the past. The last two times my family and I went there, Darryl helped us. He not only helped us, he took the time to explain important details that helped us maximize our plans. One of the last times Darryl helped us, he wasn’t even making commission because it was a phone issue. He spent an hour with me and kept me relaxed when I was sure I had lost 12 years worth of pictures. He helped me figure it out and saved my iCloud backup data and all those pictures started flooding back into my replacement phone. No commission - just total professionalism. I gave him a bear hug! What a stand up dude! Theo was great too. THANK YOU DARRYL!!!”
“Place is amazing! My Samsung Galaxy laptop had a broken back hinge and I initially thought I’d have to get a new computer ($700 plus) as my warranty already expired. Easy was able to repair my laptop within a few days for a small fraction of the replacement cost!”

“I need to come on and share a quick story about how much associate Jovanni helped me. I got a new iPhone and transferred from ATT to Verizon-I was having such a hard time getting all of my info transferred over. Multiple calls to apple support, and att customer service left me so frustrated. I walked into the store one night, and Jovanni was the only one who figured out the problem. He was patient with me and even went to battle for me with a difficult ATT rep who was trying to make the process more difficult. That man knows what hes doing!”
“Came to this location because I had issues with my eSim and was extremely frustrated with the fact I went over a week without any service with Metro PCS and having several reps fail to resolve the issue. But Soliman was able to fix the issue within a short period of time!! Much respect to him for being competent and understanding of my situation.
