I had an appointment scheduled for April (it is currently March). I was contacted this morning and told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. They said they were "restructuring their cleaning schedule" so a lot of people are having appointments rescheduled. The next available appointment (for just a cleaning) is not until November - so my appointment has to be delayed seven months. I was told that they would put me on their cancellation list - meaning I would be offered an appointment if someone cancels - but if they are rescheduling so many appointments, I'm sure there's a ton of other people also on that waiting list. I called back four times this afternoon (spread out over a period of ~ 3 hours) to ask a question about that next available appointment, and got their answering machine every time. Not answering their phones and causing a 7 month wait on a dental cleaning that they have to reschedule because of their changing schedule is insane.Well, they have certainly lost me as a client! I asked around, called a new dentist that was highly recommended to me - they answered the phone right away, and I only have to wait until June for a new patient appointment. Never going back to Aspen Dental.

Scamming!!! So I was called today at 2pm and cancelled for tomorrow. I was told that I cannot have my crown fitting completed until I get an expensive hygienist cleaning due to new office rules. When raising concern and kindly asking to speak to someone else the receptionist was extremely rude and said she had to disconnect the call. I had a root canal & have been having a lot of issues with this tooth and really just want this completed. Sucks because I liked the dentist and now need to find a new one due to greed. Completely Horrible

My first visit to the Homestead PA office was great. Everyone was very professional when signing me up for an expensive gum procedure, which ended up having no positive effect on my gums by the way! After the first couple appointments, the level of professionalism seemed to fade along with the customer service. During my first few visits I had a crown done also. A year later (today), the crown fell out. When I called the office, Dasia answered the phone, didn’t identify herself, and basically rushed me through the call. I told her I had an emergency and the tooth with my crown fell out. She couldn’t care less and said the next appointment is 2 weeks away. In shock, I relayed that timeframe to a family member sitting next to me, and Dasia said “just go somewhere else then”. That to me was very unprofessional and an extreme lack of empathy for the patience who visit this location. I also called a week before to ask the dentist a question about potentially getting Invisalign, and was told the dentist was busy and I would receive a call back. I never did. I believe it was the same person who answered when I called today. From my experience, this is a very unprofessional location. I understand the dentist office gets busy, but you have to remain organized and professional. We as dental patients pay extremely high cost for service, and deserve to receive a high level experience and professionalism.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very fast although most dentists are booking months out. Every staff member from the schedulers/ front desk , technicians , hygienist , billing and dentists were great. I was able to get in same day for both my first exam and the cleaning. Quality service and very convenient. Already have my 6 month follow up scheduled !

I will be in contact with the BBB and corporate by the end of the week. Disrespectful staff along with being billed $857 because they couldn’t find my insurance..? Was there for over 2 hours too. I am Executive Director of the second largest organization for TGNC folks in SWPA. The staffs hateful behavior and disregard of my time will not slide trust and believe. Further steps will be taken upon Aspen Dental’s response ?

Unmasking Prejudice: isn't all money the same?The level of care I received at Aspen Dental Homestead location was just average, not exceptional. However, my biggest issue stems from the customer service aspect, which I can only describe as absolutely horrendous. While I hesitate to outright label them as racist, I can confidently say that there is a clear bias or prejudice present. As an army veteran who proudly served and fought for the freedom of this country, it is disheartening to be made to feel like I don't belong or that I am somehow inferior.I firmly believe that I shouldn't have to pay someone who looks down on me or treats me unfairly. It is my right as a customer to be treated with respect, regardless of my preceved background.Therefore, I am more than trilled to take my hard-earned money elsewhere, to a place where my where I can receive the level of care and customer service I deserve.It is important for businesses to recognize that discrimination and careless prejudice will not be tolerated and instead should provide supporting establishments that demonstrate gratitude and treat all customers equally.I am affirming my worth and refusing to accept anything less than the respect I deserve.

Super unprofessional, the ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION FOR ASPEN DENTAL. Never answer the phone or return messages. Even when I was in the dentist today they had me waiting for 35 minutes and I still wasn’t seen by anyone. There were a total of 4 people in the dentist including myself that is unacceptable. All the employees are unprofessional and show no appreciation for your time. I truly think this place should close, an outright disgusting place of business DO BETTER

Very friendly staff. Took extra steps to ensure I was not in pain. The dental assistants were patient and Josha did a great job finishing my tooth.
