It's taken me a few weeks to write this review because I was waiting to get our bill for cell service and Internet before I posted anything.
I was in disbelief that someone at AT&T cared enough about us to find us the best deal and to save us money every month. Well - we received the bills and it's true.
We went to the Waterfront store to get a new phone for my husband.
We were greeted warmly by Makaila. She was fantastic.
She went into the back room with all of our information and came back out with a huge smile on her face. She went into detail about how she can save us money on our phone bill, which has eight lines, and introduced us to AT&T's Internet service, which is now available in our area.
I would 100% recommend anybody goes to that store. In addition to her, the manager Mike kept in touch with my husband via text message to make sure that our Internet set up went smoothly.

Fast service. No hassle. No questions. Really received personalized service. Happy doing business. Also, this service signal has never lost signal or cut off. At work, many people can't use their phone or get service and signals inside. Mine works all the time!

Brinnan is awesome in the Homestead branch in the Waterfront, he was patient with me and explained all the services available for me and placed my order. Great customer service and he saved me money!!!😊

Will was awesome and full of Knowledge to Help us on our new phones we plan on purchasing and the options IPhone to Android or Android to IPhone. I personally been an At & T fan for a very long time and appreciated his Pros and Cons. We will definality be back for more service from Will. Thank You Very Much.

Brennan at the Waterfront store is amazing. He knew all the answers to my questions. Very personable, funny, informative, and professional. He made my att experience the best. Must see him!

I’d say we had a 5/5 star experience here! We had Will take care of us and he was very polite, relatable and thorough with all of our purchases. Would definitely return to this location due to his great service! Never had a problem with this location!

AVOID THIS STORE.
Worst store people. they don't have enough and right information. They will do anything to make a sale and hit targets . They will lock you in a long contract.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. Save your time and go to the East Liberty location.
I came in with my mother to upgrade my phone. The sales rep at every point tried to upsell her even though we told him we just wanted to upgrade my phone. He then told me I would get nothing to trade in my old phone because I had gotten it on deal and it had been free. It had not been, as I did a monthly payment on it. Then when asked how much the phone bill would be monthly, the sales rep told me to just “add 30 dollars to my bill”. When asked for a real number; he told me I should just do the math because I’ve been paying the bill each month, and wouldn’t tell me the number.
When we went to the East Liberty store, turns out my phone was in fact available to be traded in, and showed us the exact amount the bill would go up. They couldn’t have been nicer.
Avoid this store if all you’re looking to do is upgrade, or at all if possible. They basically lied to me to try to get me to pay full price for a new phone, were standoffish and rude, and acted like an upgrade wasn’t worth their time.
