Our son (on our plan) lives in Pittsburgh, and needs a phone daily for his job. His phone was damaged very badly, and he needed an AT&T SIM and a track phone immediately, shortly before this location closes.Jaiden was very helpful, advising us of the most cost-effective way to get a 5G track phone, and being willing to stay late until our son could arrive, to get a new SIM card. He also helped us navigate this, as we don't live in the Pittsburgh area.I appreciate Jaiden's professionalism and empathy / understanding. Our son reports that Jaiden was very informative and supporting.Thank you to this AT&T location! You helped reinforce why we remain A&T& customers. I visited the store to resolve a final bill. I worked with Leandra. She was very helpful, giving me all of the information I needed, and overall leaving a pleasant experience with AT&T. If i ever finding myself switching back to AT&T, it will be because she gave me a great final impression of the company.

My wife and I recently bought new IPhones from AT&T and the sales rep we dealt with was the most helpful and amazing person we encountered in a long time. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable with no d*** questions. I wholeheartedly recommend AT&T for all our phone purchases.

My mother and I went in to get the newest iPhone for each of us. The guy asks us why we’re there and we say. His only question is what color phone? Later on in the transfer process I’m reading the boxes for the new phones and they aren’t the right GB. I told him hey these are the wrong phones. He gets mad at us like it’s our fault. So they get that fixed however here is the real issue. Yesterday we go our first bill since the change. THEY CHARGED US OVER $100 IN UPGRADES PER PHONE WITHOUT ASKING! Never once mentioned ANY of it! Here’s what all they added into the bill: Upgraded my service plan to the next tier ($4 a month), added insurance ($17 a month), prorated my account because they changed plans ($17), upgrade free ($35) and made my phone part of the next program which took my $6 a month phone bill to $12. I had to go to Monaca and get everything removed and put back to normal and now I have to call customer care to get my $100 put on my next bill. My mom has to go through the same thing for her account too. Save yourself the trouble and go to Monaca.

We had the please of working with Jaiden. He was fantastic, kind and patient while helping my mom switch between carriers. He got her a great deal on an iPhone, helped with resetting passwords and a new iWatch. We even chatted about music and our favorite TV shows while we waited for the transfer to complete.Definitely 5 star customer service.Would absolutely recommend!Thank you Jaiden and At&T.

The dude that helped me was very quick, Knew how to fix my phone when nobody else could. He also knows how to make conversation so it’s not awkward.( I forgot him name unfortunately)

This company shut down their 3G network, and there 5G service was horrible. I couldn't upload or download anything. This happened for over a month. I complained to AT&T, but they did nothing in return. I am a cancer patient, and need a working phone In case I get sick and need to call 911. They didn't care at all, so I ported my line to T-Mobile.

Makaila and Cam at the Waterfront store were absolutely amazing. My family came in and made it so simple to set up a business account for my partner's business and even helped with the accessories. We shopped around for a bit and AT&T store came through for the win! I would recommend this to any and everyone in the market for new service

When we came into the store, there was a little bit of a wait because it was busy, which we expected that, that's perfectly fine. When we got assistance, it was from Makaila T. She was the sweetest, most professional rep I've ever had at a store. She helped us with all of our needs, answered all of our questions, I was extremely caring through the whole process. Anytime I need to go into the store, I'll probably only try to schedule with her in particular. it was a truly great experience.

We added a new line to our service. The guy that helped us his name was Brian, he was cool. We was in and out of there within 30 minutes. I got the iPhone 14 for my niece, yellow color. The color is popping!!! Plus, my niece loves the phone too
