Asked for pickles and didn’t get none on my burger. The burger is honestly overpriced for what it really is. Just go to wendy’s and you’ll get the same quality food for half off. Fries were decent but other than that the burger is extremely underwhelming..

19 year old server dude talked at length with our life-long caretaker we brought here for her her 75yh birthday. He was awesome. Wish his name was on the receipt so we could mention his name in this review! Awesome visit 10/10

So people.clown me for putting peanut butter on my burgers. The burger I got here proved im not crazy, because it came with peanut butter and habanero jelly, bacon and Cajun seasoning. Iw was transcendent.

Server acted like she was preoccupied when we got there. First time there she immediately walked up and tried to rush us through ordering drinks, when we said we weren't sure yet she just said that she would get waters for the table and sped off. Once she came back with the water we didn't see her for 10 minutes. Ordered milkshakes for the kids and they didn't come out for 30 minutes. She tried to rush us through our order. And the worst part about it is that we were her only table for about 20 minutes. The food was good though. We got a Nacho App that was really good.

The food is always very good! The last 2 times we visited the service was not good at all. Long wait times, being able to see the food sitting on warming ledge but no one retrieving it! 25 minutes just for appetizers and longer for meal. Filling to go orders before people in the restaurant.Never returning to refill drinks Very poor training for waiters and poor management seem to be its downfall. Probably will go to another location.

Food was delicious, as usual. I really enjoy being able to build my own burger. Service was perfect. Everything you hope for when you dine out.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is available, and you can customize it as you best see fit.

Burgatory is one of my favorite restaurants in Pittsburgh. It is casual and the food is fantastic. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This place was amazing! Our waiter was Jade and she was so patient with us. We came in around 8pm and didn't realize they close at 9pm. She didn't rush us to leave or anything. I truly appreciated her hospitality.I ordered the cookie shake and the hormone free burger with truffle sauce on a brioche bun. Let me tell you... chefs kiss !

Very great service. The waitress and manager came to our table to help with my nieces food allergies. They ended up cooking her food in a pan instead of the flat top to avoid any cross contamination.

I actually really love(d) coming here before/after movies but I feel they really messed up last visit and this review is 100% a warning to non-alcohol drinkers.I came here with my partner before a movie a few days ago and just ordered some apps and something to drink. I ordered a beer and my partner ordered a cocktail from the non-alcoholic beverage section. The section is literally called “No Booze” and has a list of non-alcoholic cocktails. My partner ordered the Orange Honey “Mule” (quotes are part of the name on the menu). Ingredients listed:Fresh Orange & Lime mixed with a touch of Wildflower Honey. Topped with Ginger BeerThat is all to say, partner got their drink, took a sip and said “I think there’s alcohol in here” to which I refused to believe because that means the waiter/bartender would’ve had to just choose a booze to put into the no-booze drink completely unprompted which sounds like a huge liability. They shrugged it off, but then we got our bill which listed the non-alcoholic drink with a vodka up charge (???). Not only we were charged an extra $6 but no one asked them to put vodka in it!You might be thinking “they probably just confused it for the alcohol version on the menu”. Well, reader, there is not an alcohol version on the menu. There isn’t even another orange cocktail. Someone went out of their way to add booze without asking.Partner took it in stride but I was so furious. As someone with friends and relatives who are either in recovery or have other meaningful reasons not to drink, this unrequested upgrade could have literally ruined someone’s life. What is the no booze section for if the staff is just going to put booze in it??Fortunately said partner doesn’t fall into the above non-drinker categories and just didn’t want booze that day, but I would strongly suggest avoiding this place/ordering a virgin cocktail if you’re not a drinker cause that was just WILD to me and there’s really no way to ensure you’ll get a booze-free drink.Truffle fries were bomb though.
