Horrible. I came in because I got a new phone and I thought the phone was broke. My mistake it wasn’t. But the guy wouldn’t help me he told me to go to the store I got it from. Which is still cricket. Didn’t ask for my number nothing. I had to drive all the way to crafton. He didn’t even try. Stop letting these none blacks have business in black communities

They have very terrible customer service skills as I was trying to purchase the phone the manger that was the only worker in the store she was very rude and unprofessional then she continued to ignore me to play with child at work very poor customer service skills will never go back to this location
